Anthea's House Rules - Part 2

Ms. Panettiere is now married to Anthea's father but the adjustment has been rather rocky.  Ms. Panettiere decides it is time for some structure and discipline in the house and therefore gives Anthea a list of rules and chores.  Spanking and mouthsoaping are instituted as a means of discipline when the rules are broken.

Part 2 of a 6 part series.  It is only the day after the rule discussion and already Anthea has broken a rule.  When questioned as to why she did it, Anthea responds that she was testing Ms. Panettiere, and a bare bottomed hand spanking swiftly ensues along with plenty of scolding.  Did Ms. Panettiere pass the test?  Watch this clip to find out.
