Anthea's House Rules - Part 3

Ms. Panettiere is now married to Anthea's father but the adjustment has been rather rocky.  Ms. Panettiere decides it is time for some structure and discipline in the house and therefore gives Anthea a list of rules and chores.  Spanking and mouthsoaping are instituted as a means of discipline when the rules are broken.

Part 3 of a 6 part series.  Ms. Panettiere breaks the news to Anthea that a spanking during the day means a spanking at night.  Anthea declares that her bottom still hurts from her spanking earlier in the day, but that doesn't change the fact that she has a bedtime spanking coming to her.  She is hand spanked over her pajamas and bare bottom and sent to bed early to think about what she's done.  Ms. Panettiere tucks Anthea into bed for a sweet ending to a long day of spankings.
