Mister Spankman's Neighborhood - Part 1

Rich stops by his young neighbor, Alicia's house, to discuss a problem with her sister, whom she's been given guardianship over.  Alicia's sister continually gets herself and Rich's daughter in trouble at school and the most recent incident is calling in sick and pretending she was Rich's wife.  Rich doesn't like that his neighbor is not taking responsibility for her charge and wants to see that things change.

Part 1 of 4.  In this clip, there is a lengthy discussion between the two neighbors and at the end Alicia is instructed to go over Rich's lap.  Rich gives Alicia a couple swats with his hand over her jeans to start the spanking out.
