Mister Spankman's Neighborhood - Part 4

Rich stops by his young neighbor, Alicia's house, to discuss a problem with her sister, whom she's been given guardianship over.  Alicia's sister continually gets herself and Rich's daughter in trouble at school and the most recent incident is calling in sick and pretending she was Rich's wife.  Rich doesn't like that his neighbor is not taking responsibility for her charge and wants to see that things change.

Part 4 of 4.  In this clip, Alicia is made to kneel down on the fireplace and receive the last part of her bare bottom spanking with a wooden spatula.
